From the time you book an appointment, receive a service, checkout, and utilize your skincare, you deal directly with Megan. This creates not only a consistent but personal experience from start to finish. Every single client is special and often becomes like family.
Location: For our clients & technicians' safety, the spa door locks as soon as it closes. If you are ever stuck outside please ring the doorbell and someone will be with you shortly. For scheduled appointments, I will usually have the door slightly propped open for you. Once you enter through the front door, you may have a seat in our lounge, grab yourself a snack, or take a look at our retail shelf. The bathroom is to your left (look for the sign). Past that door, the bathroom will be the second door to your right. Please have all consent forms filled out before your appointment so we don't take away from your service time. Please do not knock on the interior service room doors, as to not disturb the service before you. I will be with you shortly.
Service: For your first appointment, Megan will take a few minutes to discuss your goals and the reason for your visit. Once we can agree on a plan, the service will start and you will be in charge of the vibe. Music and conversation is great but not necessary! Some clients prefer to catch up on their beauty sleep! Time to Relax and Rejuvenate!

Credit Cards are charged a 3.5% convenience fee by the booking site.
The fastest way to contact me is to call or text 337.380.3419. But please kindly allow 24 hours for me to respond. When I'm in the treatment room, I like to give my full attention to my clients! I'm the only one answering calls, following up with clients, and just running every little aspect of the business. Please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Additionally, I always check my social media accounts for direct messages & my booking app has an Email messaging option.
My booking link is mwaesthetic.glossgenius.com and is linked at the top of this website's Home Page and it's also posted in the Bio of all my social media outlets. You Must book your first appointment yourself through the booking app to be sent the proper forms, business information, acknowledge the Cancellation Policy, and put your Credit Card on file. Once you're in the system, I'd be happy to help you book or move your appointments around.
Entering your card when scheduling an appointment will not charge the card immediately. It is being saved to hold your spot for service. In case of a less than 24-hour cancellation/No-Call No-Show, the card you chose to enter will be charged. **see Cancellation Policy for more info** Your card will never be used without your permission. You will not be charged until the completion of your service.
Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Any last minute cancellations / no shows within those 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee to be paid before any further bookings are given. This is for both new and existing clients. I understand that things happen, including emergencies. Therefore, the fee will be incurred on a case by case basis.
LATENESS: There are no late fees, but realize that running late gives me less time to pamper you! By choosing to continue with the service, you will be charged fully for the service that was booked with whatever time is remaining. For example: if the appointment time is from llam-12p and you arrive at 11:15a, your service will still end at 12p and you will be charged for the total treatment cost. However, if your appointment time is booked for 60 mins and you are 30 mins late, you WILL be charged 50% of the service, and will more than likely not be serviced.
I currently use GlyMed Plus Professional skincare as my sole and flagship at-home skincare and in-office facial products. I can discuss the line with you and get you started on an at-home skincare regimen that's just right for you! Or you can go to my Linktree website and click on the "Shop Glymed Skincare Online" button where you can view all the products at your leisure and learn about each one through their product descriptions. While you're there, you can make an account and get products shipped directly to your house. I can help guide you to make the right purchase and I'Il be able to see what products you've purchased in the past.
There are NO Returns or Refunds for skincare products or gift cards.
MW Aesthetic is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. A copy of the online gift cards are emailed to the email address that was written by purchaser. A copy of all physical gift certificates are saved in my system.

FOR ONLINE RETAIL ORDERS THROUGH GLYMED: If you have any questions about how to use your new GlyMed Plus products, or any concerns following your use of the products, contact MEGAN immediately. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective, and thus require the trained supervision, suggestion and guidance from a licensed skin care professional.
Glymed's Online Store Policy: If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return the GlyMed Plus Product, call or email our customer service team within five (5) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our customer service team to set up and complete your return. Call us at +1 (800) 676-9667 or email us at info@glymedplus.com.
You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the five (5) days after receiving your order, for a full refund.
Opened products are also eligible for a full refund during this five (5) day period, but all opened products must be returned at the customer's expense prior to the refund being processed. After five (5) days all product sales are considered final. The company reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.
After the full or partial refund of a retail order, any revenue share payment made or due to the applicable REGEN Retail store related to the refunded product(s) will be credited against the professional's account.
